We're starting 2025 with a full order book in the Lower Silesia region. In the coming months our crew will begin work on three new investments — from production and warehouse halls to the modernization of an existing service facility.
This is a natural consequence of growing interest in industrial construction in this part of Poland, and the result of several years of cooperation with clients who choose to grow their business together with us.
In this article we cover:
- which projects are launching in 2025;
- where in the Lower Silesia region we'll be building;
- the scale and schedule of each investment;
- what this growth means for our team.
Three New Projects in Lower Silesia
Lower Silesia has for years remained one of the most dynamic regions for industrial and logistics investment. Its proximity to the border, developed road network and available investment sites mean more and more production and service companies are choosing to expand right here.
In response to this demand, in 2025 we're running three parallel projects around Wrocław and Wałbrzych:
- 1.a production and warehouse hall for a client from the manufacturing sector;
- 2.the modernization and expansion of an existing service building;
- 3.a warehouse hall with office and social facilities for a long-term partner in the logistics sector.
Production and Warehouse Hall
Scale and location
The largest of the three investments is a production and warehouse hall of about 6,800 m², being built near Wrocław for one of our long-standing manufacturing clients.
The facility is designed as a steel structure, with a separate office and social section and a loading zone suited to intensive transport traffic.
The scope of works includes, among other things:
- earthworks and foundation works;
- assembly of the steel structure and hall cladding;
- electrical, ventilation and fire safety installations;
- site development including internal roads and parking.
The expected completion date is Q4 2025.
Modernization of a Service Facility
Expanding an existing building
The second project is the modernization and expansion of an existing service facility near Wałbrzych, with a total target area of about 2,100 m².
The investment includes building a new service hall extension, replacing technical installations, and adapting the building to current fire safety and energy requirements.
The third investment
In parallel, we're carrying out preparatory works for a warehouse hall with office and social facilities for a long-term partner in the logistics sector. The facility will cover about 3,400 m², with construction planned to start as early as Q2 2025.
We run each project maintaining the same quality standards and the same team of site managers responsible for coordinating the work.
What This Means for Our Team
Carrying out three investments at once is a natural stage of growth for CERMAG. To maintain our pace and quality of work, in the first half of 2025 we're expanding our site teams and growing our project coordination department.
In practice, this means:
- new hires for site manager and works engineer positions;
- strengthening the team responsible for documentation and investment settlements;
- continued cooperation with proven subcontractors from the Lower Silesia region;
- investment in construction equipment needed to run several facilities in parallel.
We see this moment as confirmation that our chosen strategy — stable growth built on long-term client relationships — is paying off. We'll keep you updated on progress at all three sites in future news.
