Open Day on Site — Investors Welcome

Join us for an open day at one of our warehouse and production halls currently under construction in Lower Silesia. It's a chance to see the build “from the inside” — no marketing brochures or renderings, just a real construction site at an advanced structural stage.

The event is aimed at companies planning an investment, architects, subcontractors, and anyone who wants to get a close look at how our team works.

During the visit:

we'll take you around the construction site;
you'll meet the site manager and supervision team;
we'll answer your questions about the construction process;
we'll provide safety equipment and a health and safety briefing.

What You'll See at the Open Day

We start with a short introduction — covering the project assumptions, schedule and the specifics of the hall's steel structure. Then we move to the construction site, where you'll see the current stage of work with your own eyes.

construction site organization and material delivery logistics;
the work of the site manager and investor supervision team;
solutions used for insulation, roofing and facades;
the safety rules in effect on the construction site.

Every participant receives a helmet, a hi-vis vest and a full safety briefing before entering the construction site.

We organize the open day primarily for people and companies planning their own investment who want to see what building a hall looks like in practice — not just on paper and in a schedule.

The number of spots is limited for safety reasons — participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
